Simple, Straight-Forward Returns


  • Please log-in to your account to initiate a return. Feel free to email or call us if you need help processing a return.
  • All accepted returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original box and packaging.
  • Due to coding and possible internal damage, all electrical items are not returnable. 
  • If a VIN is provided and your part order does not fit your vehicle, we will issue you a UPS Return Label and provide a full refund or exchange. 
  • If a VIN is not provided, we will gladly issue you a UPS Return Label and will provide you with a refund or exchange, minus a 10% return fee.
  • Clearance items are not returnable. 
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of received date.
  • If you need help determining the item(s) you need, please contact us before hand. We can't diagnose, but will do our best to assist you with your order
